A practical training plan for North Coast & Northern Rivers.

For teams distributed along the coast or across inland communities, nominate a practical meeting point and explain how far participants will travel. Several short enquiries can be easier to assess as one coordinated training brief, but combined delivery is not guaranteed.

Include the town, participant numbers, likely start and finish constraints, available room and equipment. For hospitality teams, explain whether training should be scheduled around service hours; for education services, identify staff-release constraints.

Council areas covered by this enquiry guide.

These are service-planning groups for browsing this website, not a statement that all NSW agencies use identical regional boundaries. Local delivery remains subject to confirmation.

Public courses and regional delivery are different.

For an individual public booking, check an actual Catch training location and its live dates. A regional group enquiry does not establish a local classroom or promise a public course in each town.

How to arrange training for your team.

  1. Tell us about the group

Share your town, travel requirements, course needs, estimated participant numbers and preferred dates. Please do not include learner identity documents or medical details in a general enquiry.

  2. Confirm the delivery plan

Catch checks the course requirements, trainer availability, venue and equipment. Ask about pricing, invoicing, travel and accommodation before agreeing the booking.

  3. Prepare each learner

Follow the agreed enrolment, ID, pre-work and assessment instructions. A group booking does not remove individual requirements or guarantee a certificate.

Afterpay is available where offered at checkout and subject to its terms. Organisation invoicing can be discussed. Regional quotes are not the same as public-course prices.

Local training questions, answered.

Can Catch arrange group training in North Coast & Northern Rivers?

Enquiries are welcome. Catch confirms the course, trainer availability, suitable venue, equipment and travel arrangements before accepting a booking.

Is there a permanent Catch classroom in every town?

No. This is a service-area guide. Only the venues listed on Catch’s locations page are advertised as actual Catch centres.

Which organisations can enquire?

Employers, employment providers, schools, education services, hospitality teams, sports clubs and community organisations can discuss suitable course options.

Which courses can we request?

Discuss First Aid, CPR, hospitality, food safety, education and care, coffee skills and suitable construction or electrical-rescue courses. Course-specific approvals, prerequisites and practical requirements determine the actual delivery options.

Do onsite fees match public class prices?

Not necessarily. Group quotes consider the course, participant numbers, venue, timing and any agreed travel or accommodation. Ask for the full proposal before committing.

Can you coordinate staff from several sites?

Describe the sites, learner numbers and required courses in one enquiry. Catch can discuss whether a common venue or separate cohorts are suitable; multi-site delivery is not automatically confirmed.

Do you offer every course online?

No. Do not assume online delivery replaces practical training or assessment. Check the current course and booking details for the actual format.

Can we request training outside normal office hours?

You can request early mornings, evenings or weekends. Suitability, course requirements and trainer availability must be agreed; not all times can be guaranteed.

What should our proposed venue provide?

Ask Catch about the room, access, practical space and equipment needed for the selected course before arranging a venue. Requirements differ by training type.

What if our location is remote or outside a listed town?

Provide the exact location and access arrangements for a feasibility discussion. Regional and remote enquiries are assessed individually; do not book travel or assume delivery until confirmed.
