It develops knowledge and skills for responsible gambling services, including recognising gambling-related harm, communicating appropriately and following workplace procedures.

No. RCG relates to gambling services and RSA relates to alcohol service. Ask your employer which duties and training requirements apply to your role.

RCG is foundation training. Advanced RCG addresses additional responsibilities for relevant supervisory and management roles. Check the NSW role requirements before selecting a course.

No. It is workplace training in responsible gambling services, not a counselling qualification. Course activities include appropriate workplace responses and referral procedures.

Use the course summary and the exact class selected in secure booking. A listed class duration may not include pre-work, breaks, later assessment or additional bundle components.
