Here is how we are operating our direct classes by practicing precautionary measures

 

• Temperature measurement and sanitization at the entrance- As a preliminary precautionary measure, we are checking the body temperature of each student and staff entering the premises. Thereafter, sanitizer is provided to wipe the hands as mostly, the disease spreads through touch.

 

• Close monitoring of our staff’s health- As because we have clear guidelines to follow as symptoms of COVID-19, we are constantly screening our teachers and other member staff regularly. We keep a note about their health and mostly stress about issues like frequent sneezing, cough, fever, etc.

 

• Arrange for a new coach while the assigned is sick- We have a plan for every consequence. To us the safety of our employees and the students is vital. In case a coach or a teacher feels sick on the day of his practical classes, we arrange for a replacement. We try our best to carry on the class with alternate teachers but at times we have to cancel our classes if we cannot arrange a suitable tutor to carry on with the class.

 

• Frequent cleaning of the frequently touched surfaces-As per government rules, we are cleaning the highly touched surfaces every two hours. This restricts the spread of the virus in an effective way. We also educate our students and students to maintain personal hygiene during their presence in the institute.

 

• Carrying our short courses with strict precautions- As we offer various short courses we maintain strict precautions to maintain safe distancing measures to avoid close contact with one another. We have brought various changes in our training that require close contact such as CPR training.
