A: Hi all I'm Dr. Claude Martinez, I have been an active trainer with Catch Training for approximately 7 years, It has been great to see the evolution of this RTO from it humble beginning to become now one of Sydney leading RTO, and this is due to our returning students and the great training and management staff.

A: First Aid, RSA, RCG
Q: What’s your favourite thing about being a trainer?
A: I believe it is a privilege to be able to impart new skills and knowledge to our student body, something that Catch Training as an Organisation take great pride, we see our students as an extension of the Catch Family, not just a number.
And this is evident by the positive remarks given by our students regarding their experience with Catch Training, for me being able to teach multiple disciplines, it provides for me a fountain of experience brought by other and being able to share that experience with the students, as the manager of our First Aid Services, Mr Porter puts it very nicely... It’s a fantastic feeling when you see that light turn on in someone’s eyes when they truly understand the concept you are discussing.
Q: What’s the coolest student's name you’ve heard on a course?
A: Jean-Luc (like Star Trek)
Q: If you could do a course and learn anything, what would it be?
A: : Anything to do with human behaviour - I am fascinated on how our mind-body connections works.

Q: Would you rather trade intelligence for looks or looks for intelligence?
A: To be candid I don't know what intelligence is, can it be measured besides beauty is in the eye of the beholder!
